MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
In case there are any manufacturing defects in the products shipped, the customer needs to notify us via email on info@knotscarpet.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will replace the item for another piece of the same item.
LOGISTICAL COSTS
The logistics cost and arrangement of sending the item back to our facility shall be borne by the customer which will be reimbursed to the customer via their preferred payment gateway within 10 days of the item being replaced.

What Are The Shipping Charges?
We offer free shipping in India on all orders above INR 25,000.
When Will My Order Arrive?
All our products are made to order and handcrafted with care by our skilled craftsmen. The estimated delivery time can range from 45 to 120 days, depending on the quality, materials and complexity of design. After production, the products go through thorough quality checks to ensure the products match our high standards. We aim to dispatch the products within 15 business days.
Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 5-7 days in delivery.
Care & Maintenance
Use stiff bristle walk-off mats at all building entrance and kitchen exit areas to collect dirt before it reaches the carpet.
Mats should be vacuumed daily and must be changed at least once a week. It's best to keep two sets of walk-off mats.
